2025 - 2026 Openings:

True Light Christian School is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as our Lunch Director.
Responsibilities will include planning meals, purchasing food items, preparing meals, cleaning kitchen, and directing volunteers.
The Lunch Director will serve food during scheduled True Light events.
Skills, knowledge, & abilities:
1. Interpersonal relations skills
2. Customer service skills
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
4. Ability to work with and be a part of a team
5. Ability to work independently
6. Knowledge of food prep, purchase, and cooking
7. Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, practice safe work habits, utilize appropriate safety equipment, and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate administrator
8. Operating knowledge of all kitchen appliances
Applicants must be born-again believers who feel called by God to help students live a life pleasing to God. Candidates will need to hold or earn their CFPM (Certified Food Protection Manager). True Light Christian School is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a high school math or science teacher. The possible math classes include one or more of the following: Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II. The possible science classes include one or more of the following: Physical Science, Biology, Chemistry, Anatomy & Physiology.
Responsibilities will include teaching students utilizing the North Star Academy LMS.
Applicants must be born-again college graduates who feel called by God to equip students to live a life pleasing to God. Minnesota state teaching license or current teaching credentials through ACSI preferred but not required. True Light Christian School is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Custodian.
Responsibilities will include cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and trash removal of classrooms, offices, cafeterias, computer labs, break rooms, bathrooms, hallways, entryways, gymnasiums, weight room, and other areas of the facility including exterior grounds. The Custodian will guide students and staff in the care and use of the facility, and provide set up, tear down, and cleaning after activities.
The Custodian will respond to requests, last-minute needs, unscheduled events, changes, etc. regarding building use. Move and set up furniture and equipment as requested.
The Custodian will monitor and inspect the building facility for safety and cleanliness. Maintain and make minor repairs to the facility and troubleshoot and report areas requiring maintenance to the Principal.
